Option 1: I know my username & password

Log in with your Queens account to change your password.

All password changes must follow these standards:

-The password must be at least 8 characters long.
-Use characters from at least three of the following categories:
Uppercase (A,B,C...)
Lowercase (a,b,c...)
Numeric (0,1,2...)
Special (!,$,#,%...)
-Do not use words contained in your username
Current Password
New Password
Confirm Password

Option 2: I know my username but NOT my password

  1. Reset your password by entering your username and answering your security questions.
    1. If you're a new user, these questions are your phone number, ZIP code, and birth date.
    2. If you're a returning user, these questions are the ones you selected and answered the last time you changed your password.

  2. Reset your password by entering your username and generating a temporary PIN that will be sent to your personal email address (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.). If you've already received your PIN, enter it here to reset your password.

Option 3: I don't know my username

Enter your personal email address (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) to retrieve your Queens username.
